This coming Friday, I will be receiving a pie-in-the-face and I'm really looking forward to it!
Our school (like many others) participated in the Terry Fox run last week. As an incentive to raise over $5000, some teachers volunteered to take students out for lunch, be made over for the day at the hands of a top-earner, bake kids their favourite cookies, be duct-taped to the wall and receive a pie in the face.
The students rose to the occasion and raised over $7000 for an amazing cause!! I will proudly accept my fate on Friday!
(I hope it's Lemon Meringue!)
