A Grade 3 student got very creative with a sweet treat today.
In the middle of class, I notice that Billy attached a Blow-Pop (candy ring) to his recorder using string and an elastic band. In between playing notes, he was taking a nice big lick of his sucker.
This was definitely a teaching first for me... and although internally laughing, I did ask him to take it off, and gave him a ziploc bag for storage.
Where do they come up with this stuff???
