I received my first gift of an apple today!
Over all the years of teaching, I've never been given as an apple for a gift.
It was perfect because:
1) It was for 'no reason'.
2) The student who gave it to me wasn't trying to be a 'teacher's pet' about it.
3) It looked lovely on my desk until I ate it.
4) It was delicious!
It was a good day!! :)
